As a HR Executive, Learning and Development, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Collaborate with Business Units to conduct comprehensive learning needs analyses, identifying both current and future requirements aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee the end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) process, including training plan development, delivery methods, stakeholder and vendor coordination, course registration, programme evaluation, grant/bond administration, and vendor payment (invoice validation and budget reconciliation).

  • Build partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning and national agencies to coordinate internships, professional attachments, and scholarship programmes.

  • Administer the training reimbursements, ensuring full compliance with documentation and submission requirements.

  • Maintain accurate training records, including tracking, reporting, and responding to audits or training-related surveys from internal or external stakeholders.

  • Support talent development and succession planning by implementing structured and tailored succession plans for identified high-potential employees.

  • Facilitate onboarding by designing orientation content and materials, and by analysing feedback and data to enhance the new hire experience.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
