Job description

**Customer Service Role Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to provide exceptional service support to our customers.

**Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver front-line customer service support with professionalism and courtesy
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely manner
  • Assist with registration, appointment bookings, and general information provision
  • Evaluate feedback and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation records
  • Ensure high-quality service standards at all times

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
  • Desirable: prior experience in customer-facing roles

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service support to our valued customers.

**Working Hours:** 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, 1:15 PM – 11:00 PM

**Schedule:** 5-day work week (includes weekends & Public Holidays)
