Role Overview
We’re looking for a
Customer Fulfilment Manager
to lead the execution of sponsorship deliverables and ensure an exceptional experience for our partners.
You’ll serve as the main point of contact for sponsors, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver on commitments with professionalism, efficiency, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and oversee sponsor fulfilment plans aligned with sponsorship strategy and objectives.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, events, and operations teams to deliver consistent outcomes.
Relationship Management:
Act as the main sponsor contact during activation and fulfilment, providing proactive updates and fostering trust through reliability.
Fulfilment & Activation:
Coordinate deliverables, branding, and sponsor entitlements across events; step in as backup support to ensure seamless servicing.
Reporting & Analysis:
Deliver post-event/campaign reports highlighting sponsor visibility, engagement, and ROI.
Gather insights to improve future delivery.
Crisis Management:
Troubleshoot and resolve fulfilment issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining sponsor satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
Recommend process improvements and bring forward innovative ideas to strengthen sponsor engagement and efficiency.
Any other ad hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Events, or related field.
3+ years in sponsorship/partnership management, client servicing, events, customer success or related
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Calm and resourceful under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft, event tools/tech or sponsorship platforms is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed for on‐site event execution
