Job Title: Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional customer service, high-quality standards, efficient team performance.

They will supervise day-to-day F&B operations, monitor quality standards for food, beverages, and service.

Ensuring that health, safety, and hygiene standards are met in line with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage operations to ensure smooth service while maintaining high-quality standards for food, beverages, and service.

  3. Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver high-quality service.

    Conduct regular team briefings, provide on-the-job training.

    Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.

    Foster a positive dining experience by ensuring attentive personalized service.

Requirements:
