Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Part-Time Administrative Assistant
to support our daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and setting up appointments
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval
Support project coordination by preparing reports and updating internal systems
Ensure office supplies are stocked and request replenishments when necessary
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure administrative support needs are met
Perform basic bookkeeping or invoice tracking as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred

Working Hours
Part-Time:
4 hours daily (Monday to Friday)
