Urgent! Product Manager Job Opening In Singapore, Singapore – Now Hiring Lifely

Product Manager

Job description

About Lifely

Lifely is one of the fastest-growing furniture and lifestyle brands — born in Australia, now scaling globally across the US, UK, CA, SG, and NZ.

We design and engineer products people actually love — beautiful, affordable, and built smart.

We're profitable, expanding fast, and redefining what modern DTC looks like: a blend of data, design, and relentless execution.

Now, we're looking for a Product Manager who lives for finding the next category killer — someone who doesn't just manage features but hunts insights, tests ideas fast, and ships what works.

Your Mission

To build new, innovative features and products that disrupt and re-imagine the home & furniture industry, one category at a time.

What You'll Do

Customer & Market Research

  • Constantly analyze customer reviews, Reddit threads, and competitor feedback to find pain points and opportunities.

  • Talk to real customers weekly — understand how they live, why they buy, what frustrates them.

  • Study competitor pricing, ad angles, and product features — and identify where we can win.

Product Validation & Testing

  • Build quick fake door / landing page tests (via Figma, Webflow, Shopify, or ad funnels).

  • Run A/B ads to test demand, price sensitivity, and messaging before development.

  • Use analytics and conversion data to prove if an idea deserves investment.

Product Development

  • Translate validated insights into clear feature specs, wireframes, and improvements.

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and supply chain to build products people rave about.

  • Track cost, margins, and contribution per SKU — ensuring every launch adds to profit, not clutter.

Optimization & Growth

  • Improve & launch existing products (v2, v3, v4) based on customer data and feedback loops.

  • Run monthly sprint reviews — what worked, what didn't, what's next.

  • Identify new features or add-ons that increase retention, margin, or satisfaction.

  • Run pricing, incentive, offer tests to maximize margins & CVR.

You Might Be

  • A Growth Marketer turned Product Builder, or a PM who loves validation more than documentation.

  • Someone who can sketch a landing page, spin up a test campaign, or message 10 customers in a day.

  • Obsessed with details — pricing, copy, materials, unboxing — the whole customer experience.

  • You think in loops, not lines: idea → test → learn → improve → scale.

Skills You'll Need

  • Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer product development.

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, pricing strategy, and conversion data.

  • Comfort with tools like Figma, Shopify, Notion, Webflow, Meta Ads, GA4, and ChatGPT.

  • Excellent communicator — turns chaos into clear direction.

  • Fluent in English; data-driven, curious, and unafraid of failure.

Why Join Lifely

  • Work directly with founders who move fast and empower you to experiment.

  • Build products millions will see — and directly measure your impact.

  • No bureaucracy.

    No Political BS.

    No red tape.

We love to move fast — build, test, learn, and grow.

We don't need a project manager.

  • We need a
    product hunter.
Someone who sees data, moves fast, and lives to build what customers actually want.
