Program Event Coordinator – Academy Training (Japan, Singapore)

We are a global consulting firm working on a high-impact transformation project for a leading client in the banking and payments industry .

We are seeking a Contractor – Academy Program (Asia Pacific) to join our regional team.

Language Requirement: Japanese (or equivalent) with English communication

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

About the Role

The Academy team delivers world-class training and educational programs to customers across the globe.

This role is central to the Asia Pacific regional team , responsible for creating, launching, and managing Academy programs across diverse markets.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and collaborative, with strong experience in event logistics, webinar hosting, and stakeholder engagement .

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions .

  • Host live events/webinars (Zoom/MS Teams), manage registrations, content distribution, and post-event reporting.

  • Maintain the Academy training calendar, manage user lifecycle on the Academy platform, and respond to user inquiries.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of sessions.

  • Support creation of marketing and training collateral , presentations, and communications.

  • Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to track program performance and impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Japanese (or equivalent) with English communication.

  • Proven experience in event & logistics management and webinar hosting .

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills .

  • Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.

  • Background in marketing/communications/content creation is a plus.

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms preferred.

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and creative writing ability.

  • Flexible to work across regional training schedules.
