Front Desk & Admin Assistant (Part-Time)

Looking for more than just a typical admin job?

What You'll Be Doing

Front Desk & Guest Experience

  • Greet clients, guests, and teammates with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage meeting room bookings
  • Keep the office space organized, clean, and welcoming

Admin & Office Operations

  • Assist with tasks like data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
  • Help maintain internal records and support compliance checks
  • Support new hire onboarding by preparing welcome kits and helping with orientation
  • Track office supplies and coordinate restocks with vendors

Team Support & Culture

  • Help organize internal events, celebrations, and team-building activities
  • Contribute to projects like HR initiatives or content planning
