Recruitment Delivery Specialist



Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment delivery cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating offers.

  • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities to ensure alignment in candidate delivery.

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and headhunting to build strong candidate pipelines.

  • Conduct pre-screening and competency assessments to evaluate candidates against job requirements.

  • Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth experience for both parties.

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.

  • Provide timely feedback and updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding recruitment progress.

  • Support consultants and managers in achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and placement targets.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client contracts, and local employment laws and data privacy regulations.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates to enhance engagement and employer branding.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or talent acquisition within an agency or consultancy environment.

  • Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and networking.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle high-volume recruitment.

  • Familiarity with ATS, HR systems, and recruitment metrics.

  • Team-oriented with a client-service mindset.
