In line with their continued growth, they are currently recruiting for a Rewards Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Compensation Management: Drive / support group compensation programs covering performance management, allowances, annual remuneration cycles, and market salary benchmarking.

  • Benefits Management: Design, review, and optimize employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and employee engagement.

  • HR Partnering: Strategic HR compensation advisory and development of tailored compensation solutions to support business performance.

  • Compensation Systems (IT / HRIS): Work collaboratively with IT / HRIS to identify system and process improvement opportunities for compensation systems.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline, with minimum of 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience.

  • Familiarity in compensation & benefits, performance management and system / process improvement is important.

  • Proven ability to provide HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

  • Meticulous and well organized in managing multiple priorities.
