Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Sales and purchases efficient and effectively
  • Provide the highest level of product knowledge in identifying and making recommendations to meet customer's needs
  • Monitor the inventories level and ensure sufficient goods to meet sales order
  • Coordinate all Sale Order & Customers' Enquiries
  • Collaborate with Admin Dept.

    to ensure Customers' Invoices are submitted to Account on time
  • Source, check & negotiate price for products purchase with suppliers
  • Response to Customers' enquiries timely
  • Ensure Customer's Order to be properly arranged & delivered
  • Any other job duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

  • Preferably 1 years of relevant experience in the related field
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work working independently and in a fast pace environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team player who possess initiative and able to multitask
  • Meticulous and have good time management
  • Possess high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents need to apply

Mon-Fri: 8.30am - 6.00pm
