About the Role


We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead sales growth and client engagement across Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services technology, a proven ability to close complex enterprise deals and experience managing high-performing sales teams.

This is a senior role with responsibility for driving revenue, building strategic partnerships and expanding market presence in the Banking and Insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategy and execution across APAC.

  • Build, coach and manage a high-performing, quota-bearing sales team.

  • Develop strong relationships with C-level executives at banks, insurers and financial institutions.

  • Negotiate and close multi-year, high-value enterprise deals.

  • Establish and strengthen partner ecosystems to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.

  • Ensure achievement of annual sales targets and consistent over-performance.

  • Oversee sales planning, forecasting, budgeting and resource allocation.

  • Promote a collaborative, innovative and performance-oriented sales culture.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5+ years in Financial Services Technology (Banking & Insurance).

  • Proven track record of winning and managing large, complex deals across multiple Southeast Asian markets.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and scaling regional sales teams.

  • Deep understanding of digital transformation solutions (AI, CRM, Core Banking, Insurance platforms, SaaS/subscription models).

  • Based in Singapore with willingness to travel extensively across APAC.
