Senior Account Manager Job Opening In North East Community Development Council – Now Hiring People Profilers Pte Ltd


Job description

Salary : Basic + Transport allowance + AWS +Variable Bonus

Our Client is a well establish MNC in supplying solution to the Wafer industry

The Senior Account Manager – SEA is responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and profitability in Southeast Asia's non-core markets.

This role focuses on strategic account management, customer relationship development, and executing business unit strategies to expand the company's footprint in the region.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned accounts in SEA, aligning with business strategy
  • Understand customer roadmaps and drive internal improvement in quality and competitiveness
  • Lead sales forecasting, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure strong pre- and post-sales support
  • Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships
  • Identify new market opportunities and support product alignment with market needs
  • Represent the company at trade shows and technical events


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
  • 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor/wafer fab industry
  • Sales experience in semiconductor front-end is a plus
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and customer engagement skills
  • Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on attitude
  • Must have a Class 3 driving license and own vehicle
