Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • Minimally Diploma + 2 years of working experience 
  • What you'll be doing on the job

  • Receptionist role, to receive visitors/enquires

  • Mail sorting and direction of incoming and outgoing mail and courier dispatch

  • Liaise with vendor to activate telephone lines and purchase of telephone equipment

  • Liaise with IT to activate Facilities Reservation System (FRS) requestor rights

  • Place order and maintain office stationery supplies

  • Assist Executive Office in the ordering of names cards

  • Maintain office keys

  • Maintain and update e-Directory Telephone List

  • Maintain email groups

  • Undertake role as Fire Warden for Level 19 SingHealth Tower

  • Liaise with Housekeeping, Facilities Management Engineering and Security to maintain office

  • Assist staff to book meeting rooms SingHealth Tower and Academia

  • Place order of beverages and pantry supplies for meetings

  • Setup equipment and refreshments for meetings

  • Stand-in to answer calls for Executive Office when PAs go on leave

  • Maintains schedules and co-ordinate repair / maintenance for office equipment servicing such as fax machines, telephones, computer and its peripherals

  • Any other support when required
