Senior/ Customer Service Officer (9-month Contract) (Based at HarbourFront Centre) Job Opening In Singapore, Singapore – Now Hiring Mapletree


Job description

The Role

This position will be part of the team to enhance shoppers’ experiences through good customer service at assigned property.


Job Responsibilities

  • Providing mall concierge services.

  • Attending to shoppers’ queries in a professional manner.

  • Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes.

  • Attend and respond to feedback received across all platforms within the stipuated timeframe.


  • Encourage and influence good service mindset in the CS team and affirm positive behavior.

  • Conduct service, grooming and housekeeping audit checks on staff and Customer Service Counters

  • Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level.

  • At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry.

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Required to work on a 6-day work week, with 2 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
