About the role

You will manage end-to-end HR functions and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

This is a hands-on position that requires a strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and office administration in a dynamic small business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process (job postings, interviews, offers, induction).

  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS.

  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.

  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

  • Coordinate training and development programs.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Support office administrative functions (office supplies, vendor coordination)
  • Assist with facility management (cleanliness, equipment, basic IT coordination)
  • Support store to ensure staff equipped with in-depth product knowledge
  • Manage travel arrangements for staff overseas training.

  • Support management with documentation, reports, and filing.

  • Support store operation/administraton as and when needed by the Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized company.

  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR operations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
