Temp HR Admin Assistant Job Opening In Central Singapore Community Development Council – Now Hiring Confidential


Job description

6months contract (extendable / convertible)

Monday to Friday Office hours

Location: Outram

Job Description :

  • Assist in administrative duties in HR department
  • Arranging of on-boarding documentations
  • Handling all administrative duties that are related to human resource
  • Handling of exit process for termination, resignation or end of contract
  • Monitor confirmation, contract renewal, practicing certificate renewal, insurance renewal and/or work pass renewal
  • Arrange staff welfare gifts in occasions of birth, hospitalized and death
  • Raise payment request for vendors

Job Requirement :

  • Min local Diploma in human resource or business related courses
  • 1 year of relevant experience / no exp but with related field of study are welcome
  • Comfortable with fast pace environment
