Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Call Centre/ Digital Comms (Email) Representative, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Keeping customer interaction records accurate and up-to-date.

  • Following up on customer issues promptly to ensure timely resolutions.

  • Managing and resolving customer complaints and feedback effectively.

  • Supporting operational needs by working overtime when required.

  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Contract: 6-12 Months (extendable)

Location: East
