Up to 3,000 P/Mth | Learning and Development Executive| One North MRT Job Opening In Central Singapore Community Development Council – Now Hiring CGP Personnel


Job description

The Leadership and Organisation Division (L&OD) comprises three units: Organisation Development, Leadership Development and Learning.

As a member of the Learning team, your responsibilities would include:

  • Provide system support for the Learning Management System:

  • Create course items and classes on learning management system

  • Maintain and update course master list
  • Create collections
  • Add to staff's learning history for classes which have concluded
  • Enroll staff into classes where required
  • Assist with migration of learning history data
  • Prepare training application reports upon request
  • Handle generic staff queries received in the Learning mailbox.

  • Provide administrative support in codifying competencies into given templates.

  • Assist in administrative and logistical support for setting up of physical in-person training sessions, including sending and collating invitations, attendance registration, training venue setup, feedback/evaluation collation, etc.

Requirements:

  • Meticulous, service-oriented and able to work independently to get things done.

  • Able to communicate well verbally and in writing.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite of applications, in particular MS Excel and its relatedfunctions and features.

  • Comfortable in learning and using new systems.

    Familiarity with Successfactors' Learningmodule is a plus.

  • Experienced in providing administrative and logistical support.

  • A team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
