Job description

  • UP TO $ month, extendable depends on performance)
  • Working hours: Mon to Thur - 8.30am to 6pm, Fri - 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Location: Tampines

Jobscope

  • Handle customer inquiries primarily via phone in a fast-paced, call centre environment
  • Provide efficient, accurate, and direct solutions using customer management software (CRM) and internal knowledge bases
  • Update customer records and log interactions in the system promptly and accurately
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality from a customer experience perspective
  • Adapt to changing work demands and take on various operational tasks as required

Requirement

  • Candidate will need to attend 3 days training before actual work commencement
  • Good communication skills & active listening
  • Ability to provide positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism, even in difficult or high-pressure situations
