YOUR ROLE
To carry out high-quality workshop services and product/service sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and good environmental and economic performance.


Your Responsibilities:
CARRYING OUT MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND PERSONALISATION SERVICES
Diagnose customer equipment needs quickly, in person or remotely.


Provide quotes using the correct billing method (paid, warranty, free).


Explain service costs and inform customers of any changes or delays.


Perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and personalization using proper tools and processes.


Operate and maintain workshop machines you've been trained on.


GUARANTEEING YOUR SAFETY AND THAT OF YOUR SPORTS CUSTOMERS
Follow fire safety, evacuation, and basic workplace safety rules.


Use proper ergonomics, PPE, and handle hazardous materials safely.


Protect customer data and ensure product safety standards are met.


OPTIMISING YOUR ACTIONS AND ORGANISATION TO DEVOTE MORE TIME TO YOUR SPORTS CUSTOMERS
Keep your workspace organized and efficient.


Be available during peak times to maximize customer service.


HAVING THE RIGHT STOCK FOR YOUR SALES IN THE RIGHT PLACE, AT THE RIGHT TIME
Manage both physical and digital stock effectively.


Restock and reorder products as needed.


Align inventory with current and upcoming sales needs.


KNOWING THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT ARE SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPORTS CUSTOMERS
Recommend the best product/service packages based on customer needs.


Promote related services and continuously update your technical knowledge.


SELLING AND CHARMING YOUR SPORTS CUSTOMERS ACROSS ALL CHANNELS
Engage with customers through various channels (in-store, online, phone, etc.).


Sell complete solutions tailored to each customer.


Identify and track customer preferences through their account.


DEVELOPING YOUR OMNI-SALES SHELF ORGANISATION (in-person, online, showrooming)
Set up and organize displays to attract and inform customers.
